Behind the project is Diego Pérez, an Argentine composer and producer who for more than two decades has traveled through the open veins of Latin America, gathering rhythms, voices, and memories to transform them into living music. Like a modern-day alchemist, he turns fragments of the past into songs that speak to the present and imagine new futures.
Nación Ekeko embodies cultural, spiritual, and collective abundance. Each work is a contemporary ritual where ancestral pulse and technology coexist, awakening connection, celebration, and meetings.
In his live set, Nación Ekeko blends pre-Columbian instruments, voices, and technology in a ritual concert that celebrates life through rhythm and dance.
He is currently presenting the Gran Espíritu Tour on stages and at festivals around the world — an invitation to awaken the collective spirit, meet in a shared heartbeat, and carry the spirit of celebration across every landscape.
